一、Good's 缓冲液特点

Good's 缓冲液又称为两性离子缓冲液。1960年,N.E.Good和他的同事们总结了现有的各种缓冲试剂的优缺点后认为,必须用人为设计和人工合成的方法来找到专门用于生命科学研究的特定的缓冲体系,这些缓冲体系应具有以下特性:

1、pKa值在6-8之间;

2、在水中的溶解度高;

3、不易穿透生物膜;

4、盐效应小;

5、离子浓度、溶液组成和温度对解离的影响小;

6、不与金属离子生成复合物或沉淀;

7、该缓冲剂化学稳定;

8、紫外和可见光波长范围内光吸收小;

9、易制得高纯度的盐。

Good's缓冲液的主要优点:

不参加和不干扰生物化学反应过程,对酶化学反应等无抑制作用,所以它们专门用于细胞器和极易变性的、对pH敏感的蛋白质和酶的研究工作。
